Extruded Aluminum Profile

The Mecanova aluminum profile has a design that gives it great load capacity, long life and easy screwing to the saddle. The gravity-cast aluminum saddles have great resistance with a tensile test breaking load of 2,240 kg.


The design of the saddle allows for easy screwing of the profile and the saddle, and of the saddle to the structure. The design of the saddle is indicated for the lifting of a portable structure type IPE or IPN (Double T) hot-dip galvanized. Although it can also be taken down from an unseen structure above the panel using stainless steel hangers. Mecanova places the saddles every 600 mm, although this spacing can be adapted to different requirements.


Detours on a twin-track can be two or three directions. These usually have built-in drills for placing manual needles.
