Functionality of the Automated Sheep Pen
Due to the difficult entry of the sheep into the tunnel of conduction, an automated sheep pen is an optimal solution to push the sheep into said tunnel.
The push door will have a reflective checkerboard aluminum plate and will be designed according to its location, although it will end in a conical shape with a certain slope to facilitate access to the restrainer and better handling of the animals.
It will be manufactured in such a way that it can be assembled on site by screwing parts and modules together.
It is equipped with a 2,900 wide push door system, adaptable to each location, which will move using 100 mm tubular guides with bearings. These bearings moves for the stretching of the pen by rodless pneumatic cylinders with a total thrust capacity of 1500 Kg.

Guillotine type hatch will operate with two lateral pneumatic cylinders with variable stroke located on both sides of the hatch and protected by stainless steel covers.
