Functionality of the Blood Tank
The Mecanova Blood Tank is designed to store the blood that is sent from the Bleeding Tank prior to the cooker. To fulfill this function, it has an upper blood inlet that arrives thanks to a peristaltic pump and a lower inlet to feed the blood cooker.
The equipment incorporates a stirring system to prevent coagulation, driven by a geared motor. The ideal operation is in conjunction with a cooker, placing a peristaltic pump between both to carry out continous blood processing that allows production to be adjusted to one cooking cycle per hour.
