Functionality of the Carcass Accumulator for Sheep
The sheep carcass accumulator facilitates the task of labeling and transferring the accumulation of carcasses weighing more than 10 kg.
The transfer of sheep carcasses from the slaughter line to the storage chambers can be tiring and a risk factor for injuries and sick leave due to the weight of the bigger sheep, which is avoided thanks to this product.
The equipment is detached from the upper structure, allowing its longitudinal mobility thanks to an upper track that allows said mobility. The robot lowers and raises the weight of the carcass thanks to a pneumatic cylinder with appropriate stroke and section.
Advantages of our sheep carcass accumulator
- Easy to install on any line.
- Robust yet agile for movement.
- Very cheap.
