Functionality of the Cattle Dehiding Machine V30
The Cattle Dehiding Machine V30 is a machine intended for skinning beef for productions of up to 30 cattle per hour in animals weighing more than 600 kg standing. The equipment allows skinning to be carried out both from he top down and from the bottom up.
It is an electrically powered machinery that extracts the skin, releasing it at the foot of the machine columns. The equipment is ideal for small installations or line renewals, and can work with tracks at 4 meters or even 3 meters.
