Functionality of the Cattle Red Offals Conveyor
The Cattle Red Offals and Heads Conveyor fulfills the function of transporting these pieces from the extraction slaughter platform to the veterinary inspection point, in sync with the carcass conveyor, to facilitate said inspection and from this point to the red offals room.
It is equipped with the number of hooks that each installation needs, and can even transport the head if required.
This conveyor adapts to the layout, the heights of the line and its design, so that operators can carry out their work ergonomically and quickly, thus helping the productivity of the line.

Constructed using UPN 80 profiles made of hot-dip galvanized S275JR material.
Screwed joints in all sections and elements using AISI 304 stainless steel screws
Chain, depending on the existence or not of height changes, polyflat or forged type X458
AISI 304 stainless steel hooks with round Ø14mm
Traction by planetary type gear motor with co-frequency variator and Z-10 crown
Pneumatic tension through Z-10 tensioning crown with double safety to stop the machine in case of snags
