Functionality of the Cattle White Offals Platform
The Cattle White Offals Platform is a machine designed to facilitate the extraction operations of the abdominal package of cattle, and its evacuation to a conveyor, whether belt or trays for veterinary inspection. This operation can be carried out by a single operator, since he can work at different heights.
The machine has a lower hopper to receive the abdominal package and its subsequent evacuation backwards onto a conveyor belt or offal bucket. To prevent any remains from falling out, the equipment has a bib that sticks to the carcass during operation. The equipment has operating pedals for greater operating comfort, as well as handrails and skirting boards for greater operator safety.
