Functionality of the Cleaning and Hanging Static Table
The Cleaning and Hanging Static Table is designed for productions in which there is usually no automated line with whipping machines and singeing furnace.
At the exit of the dehairing machine, a cleaning and hanging static table for pig is required to recieve the carcass and facilitate its lifting for the dressing work. Depending on production, Mecanova offers several options for pig slaughterhouses.
