Functionality of the CO2 Pushing System
The CO2 push system is an innovative and effective solution for the relaxed and efficient transport of animals from the pens to the stunning machine. This system is ideal in slaughterhouses to improve the conduction of animals to stunning by carbon dioxide.
We have two machines, one for group driving from the pens to the CO2 “Mechanized Corridor” and the other for introducing the animals to the CO2 stunner, which is this push system for stunning by Butina.
The equipment has a sectional door that allows a group of animals to be collected and transported by push and in groups until they are introduced into the Butina machine.
