Functionality of the Halal and Kosher Head Trapping Box
The head trapping system can be added to the traditional box, which consists of a guillotine door to trap the head of the bovine and incorporates a neck display for cutting according to the Halal and Kosher Rite, along with a rear side push door.
It is a simple system to adapt to existing boxes, which allows working with or without ritual since the immobilization of the animal prior to stunning complies with the Animal Welfare Regulations.
