Functionality of the Massage and Drainage Drum
The Massage and Drainage Tumbler for fresh meat, made entirely of stainless steel, is used to massage products and reduce surface brine.
This brine is collected in a container and can be transported back to the injector filter unit via a pump.

The transportation of the product is achieved by the rotation movement of the drum. Adjustable drum slope ensures continuous movement of product through the system

Excess brine can be effectively drained through the perforations without damaging the surface of the product, a reservoir collects the brine from the surface and the pump unit transports it back to the injector filter unit
