Functionality of the Meat Abattoir Hooks
Dressing hooks are specially designed for air transportation of meat. Made of polished AISI-304 stainless steel, of different diameters and 100% European manufacturing. All of our hooks are manufactured in Spain to adapt them to the different trolleys through a bridge, said bridge and all the screws also being made of AISI-304 Stainless Steel.
These hooks are designed and forged for both slaughterhouses and cutting rooms.
The standard sizes of our hooks are:
- Hook No. 4: To hang racks, gambrels and/or accumulation trolleys.
- Hook No. 14: For sheep dressing.
- Hook No. 16: For pig dressing.
- Hook No. 18: For cattle dressing.
- Hook No. 20: For cattle dressing.
