Functionality of the Pig Bleeding Table
We have several models of tables for bleeding pigs, the fixed table and the dynamic table for collecting pigs at the exit of the stunning, for horizontal bleeding and subsequent hanging and hoisting to the slaughter line.
The tables not only make it easier to receive and prick the animal, but they also make hanging it easier. These tables improve the quality of the meat complemented with an electric stunning system in a box or restrainer.
This product allows the animal to be bled quickly after being stunned, and thus prevents the appearance of petechiae and broken spines and ribs.

Technical specifications
of our pig bleeding table
AISI 304 stainless steel construction using a 60x60x2mm square tube structure with a stainless steel foot driven by a hollow shaft chain with 100 pitch lugs
The conveyor belt is made of stainless steel slats.
Blood collection system using a stainless steel hopper based on a 60x30mm tube and 2mm thick sheet metal. It has a 3” pipe for blood collection with a peristaltic pump and ball valve for cleaning bypass.
Belt guidance using 40x20mm tube and 2mm thickness with polyethylene guide for less wear
It incorporates a self-cleaning system for the conveyor belt using pressure nozzles and a water collection channel, also made of stainless steel.
Equipped with 1.5 kW gear motor
Ø60mm return shafts with UCF 212 in stainless steel with white acetal casing
