Functionality of the Pig Bleeding Vat
The pig bleeding vat is a tank made of stainless steel designed to collect the animal’s blood once the stabbing has been carried out.
Said tank has a drain and a 2” outlet prepared for placing a pump, so that said blood can be transported to an accumulation tank for subsequent treatment.
The tank is prepared to be received in civil engineering works.
