Functionality of the Pig Head Polisher
The Pig Head Polisher it is a machine designed for the review and polishment of pig masks and dewlaps. Its design allows animals of different lengths to be worked continuously.
The rollers, made with nylon thread, work on the masks, removing remains of hair and scab that may have remained after flaming and whipping. The finish is impeccable and allows veterinary head seizures to be reduced to a minimum.
Its operation is continuous, but each mask works individually. For this, a separation greater than 1200 mm between channels is a necessary condition. Includes a water diffusion system to achieve the best finish.
