Functionality of the Pneumatic Descender to Cutting Table
On European lines, the pneumatic descender to the table is usually highly advisable for the primary cutting of bovine carcasses.
The channel reaches the cut-off point via the path that is connected to the descender. When the trolley with the half or quarter carcass is located in the descender, a pneumatic system centers and blocks the trolley while closing the entrance and exit of the track to prevent the movement of other trolleys at the time of the way descend.
The elevator track descends with the carcass piece to the most comfortable working point so that the worker can carry out cutting operations in an ergonomic and comfortable way.
