Functionality of the Pork Bleeding Trolley
The Pork Bleeding Trolley is the perfect solution for safely lifting animals during the bleeding process. Designed for use on 2″ tubular tracks, this trolley is equipped with a stainless steel sling.
The sling is placed around the animal’s leg, and thanks to gravity, the animal is safely trapped. With this cart, we guarantee an efficient and hassle-free bleeding process.
Depending on their application they can be:
- Bleeding trolley with sling and hook for scald conveyor: This trolley is perfectly adapted for scald conveyor with hook, so that possible falls on said machine are avoided due to the slopes that it may have. In the same way, it has a disc which adapts to the MECANOVA automatic pick-up.
- Bleeding trolley with sling and spring: It is prepared for mechanical release, so that by means of pressure on the upper disc the release is produced.
