Functionality of the Pork Integral Offals Conveyor
The Pork Integral Offals Conveyor is a machinery designed for the air transport of white and red offals automatically. These conveyors are manufactured using UPN profiles in F-111 steel, receiving a subsequent galvanized surface treatment.
It is a transport equipment made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with a wide variety of types of drag chains and sprockets with teeth hardened by induction and driven by high-performance geared motors and dimensions, depending on length and transport load, with pneumatic tensioners.
Trays and hooks for transporting white and red offals made of AISI-304 stainless steel, with a shot-peened finish. There are different designs depending on the installation.
This type of conveyor is designed for production of up to 150 pigs per hour and can be manufactured in variable lengths.
They include a washing cabin for hooks and trays to ensure that they are always clean at the time of hanging.
