Functionality of the Pork Abattoir Stainless Gambrel
The AISI-304 Stainless Steel Pork Abattoir Gambrel allow the hanging of pig carcasses to facilitate slaughter. This pig transportation system also allows us to maximize pig capacity per linear meter of airway.
This gambrel is made up of an 18mm stainless steel rod, which can optionally equip a beam in its central part to provide even more structural rigidity.
