Functionality of the Pig Push Scalding
The MECPUSH model push scalding is a scalding system for facilities with production of between 80 and 150 pigs per hour, depending on the size of the animals, the animal’s breeding climate and the breed. The scald is a traditional raft on which a transporter is mounted with push combs pulled by a double chain and a 2.2 kw geared motor. The heating system is direct steam modulated by a proportional pneumatic valve.
This equipment allows you to control the scalding time of each animal, improving its quality. The temperature control is highly precise to a tenth of a degree Celsius.
Compact system especially indicated for existing lines, where it is required to improve the finishing of the carcasses, increase production, automation with reduction of personnel and improvement of scalding quality.

The raft is structurally manufactured with 80x80x3mm stainless tube
The interior sheets are 3mm thick and the exterior sheets are 1.5mm and include interior technical insulation using rock wool.
The push conveyor with its combs is made of hot-dip galvanized steel
2.2 kW Bonfiglioli motor with C4 anticorrosive treatment and tropicalized insulation
The equipment includes water overflow and filling and emptying valves
The scalding is controlled by a panel that makes it possible to plan the heating of the water, the precise control of the temperature and the scalding times.
Includes direct steam water heating system, using a digital temperature controller, which acts on a modulating pneumatic valve, which guarantees the required temperature with maximum precision
