Functionality of the Sheep Integral Offals Conveyor
The Sheep Integral Offals Conveyor is designed to transport white and red offals automatically. It is manufactured with UPN profiles in F-111 steel, receiving a subsequent surface galvanizing treatment.
Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, with a wide variety of drag chains and sprockets with teeth hardened by induction and driven by high-performance gear motors and dimensions, depending on length and transport load, with pneumatic tensioners.
The trays and hooks for transporting the white and red offals are made of AISI-304 stainless steel, with a shot-peened finish. There are different designs depending on the installation.
