Functionality of the Showering Booth for Beef Carcasses
The beef carcass shower cabin is a machine designed to remove blood and remains from the animal after the slaughter process.
It consists of protective screens made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which have water diffusers arranged. These diffusers are placed in such a way that they wash the carcass as it circulates through the interior of the cabin.
