Functionality of the Singeing Furnace for Pigs
The singer burner is a machine designed for the scorching and sanitization of pork carcasses in pig slaughter lines as part of the cleaning process for the carcasses after depilation. To achieve maximum efficiency of the machine, it is advisable, in addition to proper washing after depilation, to have a thorough drying of the carcass. For this drying process, Mecanova’s drying whipping machines are recommended. After scorching, a cleaning tunnel with both vertical and horizontal whipping machines is required to eliminate residues of scorched hair.
