Functionality of the UBAR Pig Dehairing Machine
Mecanova’s continuous pig hair removers are machines resulting from the experience accumulated over decades in large pig lines throughout Europe.
Our continuous dehairing machines are equipped with two scraping shafts with helical blade positions, which achieve the highest hair removal quality in pigs of all weights. Hair collection belts can be attached to the machine at the bottom. The water distribution system at the top of the hair removal line achieves carcasses with a superior level of cleanliness.
The production of these continuous machines varies depending on the length (No. of ribs), and 2 machines can be placed continuously to achieve greater production and hair removal quality.
