Functionality of the V-Shaped Carcasses Descender
The Mecanova V-Shaped Carcasses Descender and Positioner allows the lowering of the two pork half carcasses with the gambrel or rocker arm, the unhooking and their subsequent elevation to the empty cart return conveyor.
In high production cutting lines, more than 50 carcasses per hour, a table descender and positioner is necessary that establishes a production rate in accordance with the design and objective.
This equipment can be programmed with the productions required.
