Functionality of the Pork Vertical Dressing Conveyor
The Pork Vertical Dressing Conveyor is designed for the transport and dressing of pig carcasses in an exclusively linear manner and is machinery especially suitable for simpler slaughter productions and for the transport and entry of chambers.
The conveyor is equipped with hollow shaft chains of type MC 112 or similar with two sprockets, one for traction and the other for forwarding, both in a vertical position. This vertical dressing conveyor has the possibility to equip any type of aerial track systems: flat-track, tubular or twin-track.

Structurally manufactured in S275JR steel
The chain has a 100 mm pitch hollow shaft, type MC112 with pushers made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Traction provided by orthogonal gear motor with hardened cogwheels and direct drive
Mechanical chain tension
The equipment is delivered in hot-dip galvanized and with modules joined together by screws.
Automatic lubricator can be attached
Slaughter conveyor automation: the electrical protection and control panel can be the line assembly or an individual electrical panel
