Functionality of the White Offals Conveyor Belt
This belt is designed for transporting white offals for the inspection process.
It consists of a 600-wide belt made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The belt to be used is S800 made of natural polyethylene with separate pushers spaced the same distance as the pushers on the slaughter conveyor.
This belt is synchronized with the conveyor in such a way that inspection by the veterinarian is carried out easily. The traction is provided by a drum-motor, which ensures significant energy savings, higher performance, and increased hygiene.
